Bonus funds not wagered within the time limit are removed from the account automatically. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus remains active and unwagered will forfeit the remaining bonus balance. Deposits and Withdrawals

Account Closure and Termination

In the event of account closure due to a confirmed terms violation, BetMoosh reserves the right to withhold winnings derived from the violation. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support, and any verified withdrawable balance not tied to an active bonus will be returned promptly.

Limitation of Liability

BetMoosh provides its services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetMoosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or scheduled maintenance.
